The transmission device of the side panel assembly line of a certain vehicle type adopts a four-station reciprocating rod device, which can realize horizontal and vertical movement. The structure and function analysis of each sub-assembly is as follows:

1. Drive unit

Working principle: The motor drives the two gears to rotate through the coupling, and the two gears respectively drive the moving skateboard to move through the parallel racks meshing with it, thereby driving the body side panel mounted on the moving skateboard to move horizontally.

2. Synchronous rack device and jacking device

Working principle: The cylinder drives the "active gear" in the jacking device to rotate through the "active cylindrical gear bar", thereby driving the "driven cylindrical gear bar" to move, and indirectly pushing the "jacking frame" to move up and down, realizing the horizontal movement to The conversion of the vertical movement achieves the purpose of freely lifting the side panel of the vehicle body.
